Robert D. Bullard
Robert D. Bullard, Ph.D., is the Dean of the Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. He is the author of 17 books, including Growing Smarter (2007), The Black Metropolis in the Twenty-First Century (2007), Race, Place, and Environmental Justice After Hurricane Katrina (2009), and Environmental Health and Racial Equity in the United States (2011).
